This week, we are heading back to the world’s leading computed graphics conference - SIGGRAPH. The team at Zorroa has deep roots in the film, animation, visual effects, and graphics industry - some on our team having attended SIGGRAPH for over 25 years. The Zorroa Visual Intelligence (ZVI) platform was created to help businesses in the media and entertainment industry solve the really big challenge of managing video, images, and documents - and our clients are discovering entirely new ways to organize and monetize their treasure trove of digital assets.
ZVI includes an intuitive user interface and a powerful visual-processing pipeline that automatically organizes massive asset collections using advanced machine learning and vision algorithms. With ZVI, media and entertainment users can analyze, search, browse, and then license the millions of images and videos on repositories located on their premises and in the cloud. ZVI easily adapts to the specific needs of these clients and their different asset-analysis requirements, such as facial and object recognition and natural-language processing, and it can integrate with existing data sources such as metadata or closed-caption dialogue.
Virtual Reality (VR) is a major area of focus at SIGGRAPH and these companies face many of the same challenges as the film studio, effects and animation, game development, and content creation companies - dealing with massive quantities of imagery, and in stereo. ZVI enables all these organizations to quickly find and repurpose their proprietary and extremely valuable corporate assets.
Zorroa will be in the Google booth (#1423) and available for in-person meetings. The company is hosting a reception for customers, partners, and industry colleagues. For more information on connecting with the Zorroa team in Vancouver, please contact us at email@example.com
